Prequalification
Dear Mr. Treish,
the evaluation of the prequalification is finished. Herewith we present you our final
comment which is based on our letters dated 04./09. and 25. Oct. 1996
The prequalification was published in ,Nachrichten fr AuRenhandelsinformationen” and
in the local region (Palestiné and Jordan) in the end of July/baginning of August 1996.
The prequalification documents were demanded by i)
- 19 applicants from the MAB
- 34 applicants from CEC
- 20 applicants from Dr. Dahlem
The application documents were submitted by 23 applicants (see annex 1). The
evaluation was executed by the Consultant in Al-Bireh and continously discussed with
the MAB.
The following applicants were not evaluated:
