Reference to our fax 249/122 dated 1/8/96 , please note that the average
wastewater quantity that will pass through the overflow pipe in case of pump failures is
2300 m* /day. The overflow pipe is connected to Manhole AG13 that has a 200 mm
pipe as per the Balasha Jalon design. In order that this 200 mm pipe accommodate the
overflow ,
it should have a gradient of 18% in case of peak wet weather flow for
voge-] (ie. 13800 m*/day) and 1% in case of average flow for stage 1 (ie. 2300
nv'/day).
