Computer System
Dear Mr. Mayor,
The above mentioned financial agreement allocated the amount of DM 90,000 (VAT' not
included) for the purchase of a computer system.
With the indicated take-over of the total financing of the waste water project Al Birch by the
KfW, Frankfurt, the means granted by the original financial agreement are only available until
the end of this year.
Thus far, the ‘Technical Department of the Municipality Al Birch has been provided with basic
equipment as agreed upon.
Up to date, the following orders have been commissioned:
- Al Jarmag Co., Ramallah DM 46,721
- Samco Co., Nablus DM 17,800
Total DM 64,521
Meanwhile, the final accounting of the order to Al Jarmag Co. has been completed. As for the
Samco Co., two invoices amounting to a total of DM 6,801.82 were assigned. The remaining
payment is still pending.
There remainder of DM 24,479 (= DM 90,000 - DM 64,521) is still available to expand the
computer system.
