Dear Mr. Treish,
on April 17, 1996 GTZ informed us, that GTZ In agreement with the BMZ and KfW will
bear the financing of the consultancy services to be rendered for the planning and
tendering phase. These services will be performed in the frame of the new consultancy
contract to be signed between the Municipality of Al-Bireh and the joint-venture of Dr.
Dahlem Consulting Engineers and Sajdi & Partners.
We ask you, as future Employer, for official confirmation, that we shall continue our work
on the project. Furthermore, we ask for an announcement, whether we should start to
prepare the Consultancy Contract Document. )
Please inform us, if you have any objections to our proposal. c.!
